CLM Advokater Advokatanpartsselskab was founded on May 1, 2025, led by one of Denmark's absolute leading insolvency lawyers, Corna Levin Munch.

Corna has worked on several of the country's most complex and high-profile bankruptcy cases in recent times and continues to manage the portfolio of cases brought over from her previous work as a partner and lawyer at Kirk Larsen & Ascanius.

CLM Advokater is a specialized law firm with core competencies in insolvency law and insolvency litigation. The firm was established with the ambition of creating a niche advisory business that combines complex law with commercial understanding.

We are a strong, legally sound, and committed team that, at its inception, consists of 10 people.

We have offices in Esbjerg and Copenhagen, which gives us flexibility and proximity to our clients throughout the country.
