Trine S. Sandgaard is the Head of Administration at CLM Advokater and holds overall responsibility for the operations of the offices in both Esbjerg and Copenhagen. She manages key functions within finance, compliance, IT, marketing, HR, and communications.

Trine plays an active role in the firm's business development and contributes to shaping and implementing strategic initiatives that strengthen CLM Advokater's position, efficiency, and daily case management. With a strong overview and a structured approach, she organizes operations so that lawyers and legal assistants can focus fully on their core tasks.
She holds an MSc in Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Aarhus University. With a strong theoretical background and more than 10 years of professional experience—most recently as a project manager—Trine combines high professional standards with practical experience. Her solution-oriented approach and ability to translate insights into innovation are central to her daily work at CLM Advokater.
