Every lawyer at CLM Advokater is licensed to practice by the Danish Ministry of Justice and is a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society.  

CLM has taken out professional indemnity insurance and provided a guarantee with Codan Forsikring A/S in accordance with the rules established by the Danish Bar and Law Society. All lawyers at CLM Advokater are covered by the firm's professional indemnity insurance and guarantee scheme. The professional indemnity insurance covers all legal services provided by CLM Advokater, regardless of where the legal work is performed.

As described in CLM Advokater's terms of business, any dispute between a client and CLM Advokater must be resolved in accordance with Danish law by the competent Danish courts. The terms of business can be found here

The lawyers at CLM Advokater are subject to the Danish Bar and Law Society's supervisory and disciplinary system and the Code of Conduct for lawyers, cf. section 126 of the Danish Administration of Justice Act. In the event of a dispute regarding fees charged by CLM Advokater and/or dissatisfaction with the conduct of a lawyer at CLM Advokater, we always recommend that you initially contact the partner responsible for your case to clarify the situation.
