Corna Levin Munch is one of the country's leading insolvency lawyers. She is the founder and head of CLM Advokater and has advised on some of the most complex reconstructions and handled some of the largest bankruptcy estates, including the Skare Meat Packers bankruptcy, where operations and, in particular, the extensive inventory were liquidated over an extended period while the company remained operational. For over 20 years, Corna has worked exclusively with insolvency law – specifically bankruptcy, reconstruction, and related transactions. She is a certified insolvency lawyer through Danske Insolvensadvokater and serves as an assistant to the Bankruptcy Court in Esbjerg.
Before founding CLM Advokater, Corna was a Partner, Attorney, and Head of the Insolvency Department at Kirk Larsen & Ascanius. Corna built a very strong department that handled complex and high-profile insolvency cases based on her high level of professionalism, extensive experience, and expertise.
Corna continues this work at CLM Advokater together with the majority of her team and the ongoing case portfolio that followed her. She advises creditors, banks, and mortgage credit institutions and is often involved early in the process, where decisions must be made and strategies set. Her advice is characterized by a high level of professionalism, efficient case management, and a strategic mindset that reflects her many years of experience in creditor representation regarding the management of distressed companies.
