In its decision, the High Court emphasizes my former partner's investments in real estate companies where Danhaus also held investments, as well as the fact that I assisted with the solvent liquidation of these entities.
Consequently, the High Court has concluded, based on an overall assessment, that I am disqualified. To my knowledge, there are no previous rulings consistent with this decision, representing a tightening of practice that aligns with current political focus and the latest recommendations from the Bankruptcy Council.
I acknowledge the Western High Court's ruling and welcome these new, clear guidelines. I have no desire to serve as a trustee in any estate where I do not have the support and trust of the creditors.
